Reena Gupta is an entrepreneur and author who actively engages in her local community through various roles and initiatives. Growing up in a large joint family in India, Reena has always believed in the power of collective progress. She established her entrepreneurial success by founding two companies, Avankia and TargetRecruit. Her experience of hiring a stay-at-home mother as her first employee deeply influenced her commitment to supporting women and underutilized talent.
Following the success of TargetRecruit, Reena founded the Mom Relaunch Foundation, dedicated to mentoring and supporting women reentering the workforce. She also authored “Career Interrupted,” a book offering guidance on balancing career, wellness, and relationships.
Through her latest venture, Wisdocity, Reena aims to create a community for meaningful learning and engagement with experts, both in-person and through their digital avatars.
